About the role
This is a strategic and challenging role supporting the deployment of technologically driven Supply processes in SAP ERP system whilst working with various local business units, ensuring compliance with globally defined processes.
The role involves working alongside BPO Supply, Super Users, other functional SAP CC Solution Architects, BPOs and BPLs, Data Migration Team, OCM Team and System Integrator to support successful deployments.
Working alongside BPO Supply, Business Process Analyst will support country project teams with functional expertise of processes in scope of transition by facilitating business change assessment workshops, testing and go-live, enabling a clear and error proof deployment.
Your responsibilities
- Participate in structuring, presenting and facilitating business change assessment workshops in collaboration with other Central Team members and Controls teams to identify country variances to the global operating model,
- Support BPO Supply in review, challenging and escalating change for approval as required,
- Help to minimise the number of ‘local’ process exceptions,
- Contribute to Change Control Board meetings,
- Co-ordinate change management activities required by other global initiatives,
- Contribute process expertise to project teams regarding process in scope,
- Creates, updates and maintains relevant documentation based on changes to global templates (including SOPs, User Guides, training materials),
- With support of BPO Supply manage the definition, execution and approval of system testing (including scripts),
- Work with country teams to drive the implementation of pre-requisites and alignment to operating model,
- Learn internal and external best practices that will the enable improvement of the deployment methodology or the end-to-end process.
The experience we're looking for
- Experience of working in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope,
- Demonstrable understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain processes,
- Experience of engaging and managing different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through clear communication and presentation skills,
- Experience of dealing with and managing conflict,
- Understanding of supporting multi-layered project/s with inter-dependencies,
- Project Management, 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential,
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable but not essential,
- FMCG experience desirable but not essential,
- Openness to travel (up to 20-30%).
