About the role
Managing cross-functional teams of peers introducing new products into production at the Factory within the defined portfolio and implementing changes and cost optimizations to existing products in accordance with marketing guidelines.
Your responsibilities
- Analyzing product requirements and expectations of the Category and Country marketing department in relation to the introduced products (within a specific portfolio) in order to make final arrangements and obtain project acceptance at the Factory.
- Collecting and analyzing data related to the process of new product development at the Factory (within a specific portfolio) in order to optimize implementation solutions.
- Monitoring whether changes in existing products at the Factory or with local Subcontractors (within a specific portfolio) are made in accordance with the assumptions while preparing and tracking the project timing (CPS).
- Coordinating cross-functional project teams and actions of individual departments (within one's category) in order to introduce a new product at the Factory or to change an existing one.
- Managing the process and status of the implementation of projects related to category and country marketing within a specific portfolio at the Factory, using a project timeline (CPS).
- Participating in the AW approval process driven by MKT to assure artworks are delivered to printers on time as per project timings
- Managing and coordinating product cost calculations for SKUs including formulations from R&D and costification requests (RFQ) for new components / specifications with Central Procurement
- Coordinating with external factory functions such as R&D, Regulatory, and Central Procurement.
- Supporting the Category and Country Marketing department in activities preceding the launch of the modified product.
- Analyzing current products (within a specific portfolio) in the cross-functional team and implementation of ideas agreed with Marketing for optimizing the formula, packaging and conversion costs
- Analyzing the requirements for the product change and providing the most optimized solution in line with the company standards and marketing requirements.
The experience we're looking for
- University degree (Bachelor)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- English level: proficient (C1-C2)
- Knowledge of computer software: Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
- Desirable: ERP systems, Change control management, Artwork/graphics knowledge, Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Professional competences: supply chain accumen, building relationship, financial acumen, analytical skills.
- Other competences: Coaching and mentoring skills, Goal orientation, Good presentation and communication skills, Project management
