About the role

Reckitt is currently implementing SAP ECC6.0 across all global sites and will then upgrade to S4 Hana. The data migration team is split between :

    1. The Data Delivery team who manage Localisation requirements and data quality with local Super Users; and
    2. Data Platforms* which manages the Data tools to Extract, Transform, Validate and Load (ETVL) data into SAP.

Your responsibilities

  1. Overall Architectural design responsibility of the ADM tool across the ECC SAP Modules and then in future for the SAP S4 Hana upgrade
  1. Set-up deployment/wave template for the ADM tool for all ETVL.
  1. Maintain ADM for in-country localisation requirements as advised by the Data Delivery team
  1. Good governance to manage change requests and defects effectively across all ADM Developers and ensure toolset Best Practice is followed
  1. System Integration testing of the tool before use in the trial loads
  1. Ensure Trial & Production load ADM steps are executed on time
  2. ADM Training to Super (End) Users (SU’s).

The experience we're looking for

  • Overall Architectural design responsibility of the Advanced Data Migration (ADM) tool across the SAP Modules
  • Set-up deployment/wave template for the ADM tool for all ETVL
  • Set up new templates in ADM for future deployments
  • Early Cleansing – Create reports to allow SUs to cleanse BAU data by producing the Global Materials report which uses ADM to compare data in MDG-M and JDE to highlight discrepancies that the Data Delivery team will use with the SUs to correct.
  • Data Extraction – Point ADM to legacy system JDE and any other satellite systems
  • Maintain ADM for in-country localisation requirements as advised by the Data Delivery team
  • Data delivery team will assess the To-Be requirements with the Super users and pass through the requirements through strict Change control process and Migration Requirements Specification (MRS) docs for incorporation into ADM template
