About the role

The Head of People Analytics plays a pivotal strategic role in laying the foundations for establishing a People Analytics competency within the HR function as it continues its journey towards operational excellence that enables the HR and Business Strategy. Your responsibilities
• Continue the establishment and implementation of a People Analytics service delivery model including governance structure and related processes.
• Lead the People Analytics service offering, ensuring the People Analytics infrastructure aligns with the business’ needs and strategic aims.
• Form an ongoing working partnership with HR leadership and other key stakeholders to identify value adding people analytics needs, providing strategic direction in areas of people KPIs, and advance predictive analytic capabilities.
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics processes that identify and predict key HR outcomes related to areas including hiring, promotion, turnover, DE&I, and engagement.
• Partner with HR Technology and broader Technology teams to ensure that the HR Technology infrastructure is in place to adequately collect and analyse HR Data; providing actionable analysis and reporting for key stakeholders.
• Manage the day-to-day operations and delivery of the People Analytics function.
• Build relationships and communication channels within HR and HR Services & Solutions Team. Ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the implementation of demand planning process including data privacy compliance.
• Partners on new technology demands to ensure required KPIs are well scoped and data standards are clearly defined.
• Support the Global HR Services & Solutions strategy, working with HR Services & Solutions colleagues.
• Monitors and reports on usage of reporting / analytics products and embeds and drives usage of self-service analytics and reporting.
The experience we're looking for
• Significant experience working in the field of Data and Analytics - developed and lead analytics based interventions that have driven business performance
• A personal passion for People Analytics and the impact it can have on business performance
• Able to work through complex issues and demonstrate mastery of the detail whilst holding the bigger picture
• Experienced in demand management and service delivery
• Knowledge of HR reporting systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors and MS Azure
• Human Resources experience preferred
• Team worker & ability to work in a complex global matrix environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
