About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Payroll, Benefits & HR Administration Analyst to join our Global People Services team in Poland. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll, ensuring accurate benefits administration, maintaining data integrity across systems and HR activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between employees, benefit providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and compliant payroll and benefits experience.
Your responsibilities
• Payroll Input Management:
Prepare and manage monthly payroll input for Production employees in Poland, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Benefits Administration:
Enroll new employees into applicable benefit programs and manage ongoing changes or updates to benefit selections.
• Data Review & Corrections:
Regularly audit and review employee data for accuracy, making necessary corrections in HR systems to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Audit & Compliance:
Support internal and external audits by ensuring payroll and benefits data is accurate, complete, and well-documented.
• Vendor & Provider Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for benefit providers, managing relationships and resolving issues as they arise.
• Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment on payroll and benefits processes.
• Service Now Support:
Respond to employee queries related to payroll and benefits via the Service Now platform, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Reporting:
Reporting activities to support decision-making, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.
• Wellbeing activities
Activities to support and enhance the physical, mental, and emotional health of employees.
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and payroll regulations, additionally, knowledge of regulations concerning production
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools (e.g., Success Factors, SAP, Service Now).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Polish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
