About the role

Are you a finance professional looking to bring your analytical thinking to a vibrant and forward-thinking company? As our new Senior Sales Finance Analyst you'll have the unique chance to contribute directly to the financial well-being of our operations. Your expertise will guide the financial Managing Sales and Trade Spend portion of the P&L & Controlling the trade spend budget, ensuring we run at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities

- Oversee financial aspects, including cost monitoring for Factory, Supply, and Procurement functions.
- Craft detailed budgets for plant and warehouse operations, as well as procurement activities.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports and promptly address ad-hoc requests from management.
- Lead the charge on projects that aim to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency, from inception to execution.

The experience we're looking for

- Perform monthly closing of Trade and month-end closing
- Analyze and report Trade Spend by channel/ country against plan and/or forecast
- Prepare Trade-related Balance Sheet schedules and ensure all necessary accruals are in place as per policy with accurate aging and justification
- Engage with the Sales team in building the Sales and Trade Spend forecasting and planning
- Managing RGM Productivity and ensuring plan target is achieved
- Maintaining audit policies and ensuring compliance of all legal entities
- Performing Sub-distributor audits
- Thorough and full utilization of financial systems
- Full understanding and implementation of Global Trade Policy

• Competence Required

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build financials models.

The skills for success

• Financial Analyst for Egypt and North Africa
• 3-4 years of expirience within finance industry
• Managing commercial fixed costs including planning and forecasting.
• Handling accounts payable across all functions
• Managing monthly closing for accounts payable and ensuring reconciliation with the banks.
• Adept at financial modelling, with excelent Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
