Your responsibilities
• Ensure the site remains compliant against internal financial controls and polices. Any identified gaps must be worked on as a priority and closed within the agreed period of time.
• Lead the Engineering Projects / Capex team to deliver sustained value to the business.
• Engage with suppliers to build Projects resource external to the site ensuring resource muscle to react to ‘seasonal’ demands YOY.
• Delivery of capex spend to agreed Plan / FC commitments
• Complete masterplan assessment using EPCM and provide timeline of next steps to support masterplan development.
• Drive engagement and improvements on the new capex process
• Support the centralised Engineering team to develop standardised templates and procedures to ensure a standardised approach across Reckitt Engineering
• Prepare and present governance updates to senior leaders routinely and for key milestone updates
• Drive the preparation of Business Case Alignment with cross functional input in readiness for the monthly BCA reviews
• Share best practice across the other Reckitt sites through Communities of Practice and other forums / groups.
• Prepare and lead Capex Compliance audits for the site.
• Update and monitor monthly Capex KPI’s and develop plans to address and improve any KPI’s which are off track.
• Develop and support delivery of the site E&S training programme, which will deliver compliance, understanding, knowledge and wider impact on E&S delivery.
• Monitors progress against project schedules and budgets; recommends allocation of resources as required to deliver targets.
• Align team objectives to support the wider business / corporate objectives
The experience we're looking for
• Either Degree in Engineering or related subject with 3-5 years’ experience in industry
• 3-5 years’ experience in a FMCG operation, preferably in an environment such as Pharmaceutical, Hygiene or Food.
• High capability and capacity to manage complex situations with multiple stakeholders
• Proven Project management experience in this level of projects
• Demonstrate experience of leading programs and teams from concept to execution
• Knowledge and understanding of Pharmaceutical / Hygiene manufacturing and packaging operations and facilities.
• Strong IT & Data Analysis skills including familiarity with ERP Systems, Microsoft 2016, Power BI & open to use of new software applications.
