About the role
The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business success through people. This role partners closely with site leadership to shape and execute HR strategies that support operational excellence, talent development, and a high-performance culture.
The HR Manager is responsible for aligning HR practices with business goals, ensuring compliance, and fostering an inclusive and engaged workforce.
To direct the Human Resources and Administration department operation through an efficient operation mechanism

Your responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
• Partner with site leadership to embed continuous improvement mindset, develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives of both short term and long term.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning to ensure the site has the right capabilities.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
Talent, Development & Culture
• Coach and develop HR & Admin team on effective people practices.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, learning and performance.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning and strengthen mutual communication in the Company.
• Facilitate training and development programs to build future-ready capabilities, including:
• Identifying critical roles and skill gaps.
• Designing and implementing learning and development programs tailored to site needs.
• Facilitating leadership development, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
• Supporting career pathing and internal mobility to retain and grow top talent.
Employee Relations & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
HR Operations
• Oversee HR and Admin processes including onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and etc through effective policies, process to ensure smooth HR and Administration operation across the whole scope.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
• Manage HR systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Organization Support
• Contribute to the establishment, implementation, and improvement of ISO14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 health and safety management systems including the establishment of site environmental and health and safety objectives.
• Implements the Quality Management Systems in concerned areas and maintains GMP standards.
• Strives for continuous improvement in all activities.
• Any other ad-hoc activities assigned by Supply HR Leader.
• 5S Self-management to meet the site target.
• Comply with regulations pertaining to disinfectant products, cosmetics, medical devices, as well as the company's quality management system documents. Ensure that the work performed in this position meets GMP requirements and fulfill the obligations related to product quality and safety as outlined in the relevant quality management documents.
• Lead the E&T pillar to make sure personnel and organizational capabilities are highly meet the business strategy.
• Any other ad-hoc activities assigned by Head of HR Supply, GC&NA.
The experience we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment and at least 5 years in a managerial position.
Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English, can communicate effectively with senior management of the company.
