About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the development and global adoption of Reckitt’s media analytics and Gen AI solutions. This role focuses on transforming complex datasets from media campaigns into actionable insights through engaging BI visualisations. The successful candidate will collaborate with media and data engineering teams to define and prioritise new features, drive standardisation of best practices, and support strategic decision-making across markets. A key part of the role is educating users and ensuring data accuracy to maximise the impact of media campaign performance analysis.

Your responsibilities

  • Partnering with local and global subject experts and engineers to gather and product technical reporting requirements, and solution designs for implementing new features
  • Drive business objectives and support the decision-making process of product roadmaps by providing key insights from relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor product adoption, health indicators, and identify use-cases and growth opportunities and translate stakeholder briefs into strategies for success
  • Undertake regular data accuracy audits across products and core data sources
  • Performing thorough user acceptance testing after implementing features prior to launching
  • Ensure all service procedures are followed and appropriately manage conversations with markets
  • Leading the training and upskilling of multilevel stakeholders of products and services

Skillset & Experience:

  • Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a data science/marketing/numerical subject
  • Computer literacy and excellent written and oral communication skills tailored to multi-level audiences
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media terminology and media placement processes
  • Proven experience of using business analysis techniques to successfully implement features at an enterprise level
  • A can-do attitude pertaining to the ability of staying focused, organised and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
  • High attention to detail with previous experience of identifying and troubleshooting data discrepancies
  • Proven track record of delivering, analysis and insight that drives change within a marketing function
