Focused on supervising critical services, general services, and calibration. Oversees both internal staff and contractors.
Key point of the role: Managing unionized personnel while aiming to contribute to the new organizational culture. Shifting from a reactive approach to a preventive one.
Location of the role: Tlalpan, CDMX.
Your responsibilities
- Substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. - A strong track record of leadership and team management. - Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees. - Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement. - Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation.
- Objective: Ensure that all executions and maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and policies.

Experience managing unionized personnel is essential, the role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating their activities.
- 1–3 years of experience in maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
