About the role

We're on the lookout for an Controller WH&Logistics this roll must have Adequate management of financial resources assigned to logistics, planning and Customer, review monthly and annual budgets, as well as ensuring accounting transactions. Monitor and evaluate the internal controls of the area in order to guarantee the proper management of resources financial resources assigned to logistics.

Your responsibilities

  • Control the supply portfolio to have a reliable estimate of supply costs. WH/Transport every month-end and year-end.
  • Supervise and ensure timely payment of invoices to the logistics supplier complying with the deadlines stipulated in each contract with suppliers and/or by through productive chains (factoring) if applicable.
  • Proactively train and keep suppliers informed about any change in the payment process.
  • Creation and monitoring of the authorization of purchase orders, ensuring that the suppliers have the appropriate amounts according to their weekly, monthly and annual spending.
  • Safeguard all evidence of POD and service invoices digitally and physically, according to current policy.
  • Attend and support local, regional and global audits of the logistics area.
    Schedule weekly and monthly meetings with suppliers to review status of account and payment problems.
    Determine and track financial KPIs by driving meetings weekly and monthly with supply finance to review variations vs plan/forecast.
  • Have updated contracts of all logistics providers, as well as request updates from the procurement area if applicable.
  • Carry out internal audits of the logistics area in order to comply with the internal controls

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in finance courses, administration, accounting or anything else. SAP/PTP. 4 years of experience in preparation, analysis and publication of financial information, billing, relationship with suppliers and income statements.
Advance English. Budget accounting audits, cost analysis of supply chains. Excellent ability to research and develop effective solutions, effective communication, work in team, time management and attention to detail. Intermediate-advanced and Power BI intermediate/desirable
