About the role
Reporting to the IT&D Senior Product Line Manager - Customer Planning, the role will support the development of processes and template standards for changes to Global TPM solutions. The role is responsible for governing and enforcing these processes and standards during the lifecycle of Sales Channel management projects, infrastructure & network changes, major programme or continuous improvement activity. The resource also supports the Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) in the Functional Relationship Management team during business case stages
This role has overall responsibility for application lifecycle management of specific applications that deal with Trade Spend Management and ultimately needs to ensure effective controls, consistency, standardisation and optimisation of Trade Promotion Management systems in Reckitt
Your responsibilities
- Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised solutions within Reckitt to simplify the change process going forward. This includes business process maps, data flows and integration points
- Work with Architect, Product Managers and business stakeholders to assess solution options
- Provide input and develop cost/implementation/technology plans up to TRB approval
- Maintain ownership of technology roadmap and vendor upgrade path and plan accordingly
- Be Engaged in TPM application rollout to new markets and work with the business team for any customizations as per business needs.
- Oversee change requests, provide guidance and approval as required
- Own small development, coordinate development strategy, ensure funding in place
- Maintain relationship with vendor support and escalation of issues
- Ensure BAU team is supported in terms of business process understanding, upskilling and documentation to help improve the services.
- Ensure appropriate documentation is developed and maintained and available as required
- Prepare for and participate in audits as required: ensure any audit findings are closed out
- Lead and co-ordinate IT General Controls evidence, testing and remediation for Sales systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the sales systems landscape for the RGM landscape, specifically TPM
- Act as SME for application and provide input/guidance/support to Project Teams
The experience we're looking for
- Educated in Business discipline or Computer Science to degree level, or equivalent experience
- Overall experience of around 8 to 10 years with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in suite of CRM / TPM solutions like Siebel, SAP TPM, Salesforce CGC or any others
- Microsoft Office Suite to Proficient level.
- Strong team player who is collaborative and able to carry out tasks independently while delivering timely results.
- Power BI
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels and teams
Preferred:
- Relevant Technical Certification
- ITIL V3 to Intermediate level.
- Experience of working within FMCG or Retail sector.
- Experience working with data modelling, data visualisation, SQL querying and dashboard creation
