About the role
The Connected Planner Analyst is a supply chain professional responsible for ensuring efficient and effective planning processes. They bridge the gap between demand and supply, optimizing inventory, service levels, and cost management, serving as the representative of the Region. As the face of the Connected Planning Team, collaborate across functions, regions, and layers.

Your responsibilities
The key accountabilities of the Connected Planner are to ensure internal and external customer demands and finished goods inventory targets are met by working closely with factory planning contacts. Consolidating customer requirements and aligning production and delivery schedules based on agreed customer demands and production capabilities with factories. Utilising Reckitt’s Planning systems to manage external production capacity and feed supply risks and opps into the market IBP process. Additionally, the Connected Planner Analyst proactively manages service levels, and takes decisive actions regarding distressed SKUs to prevent stockouts. Reviewing stock tunnel reports for markets, setting and executing inventory targets, and conducting scenario planning for supply-demand balance are also part of their responsibilities. RCCP tracking as well as effective projects management are part of weekly drumbeat for Connected Planning in order to deliver desired targets. Their ability to negotiate targets, track key performance indicators, prepare different supply analysis and foster collaborative relationships across teams and functions contributes significantly to the organization’s success.

• Short-, mid- and long-term production plan aligned to market demand
• OOS & Distress action plan definition and communication
• Inventory tunnel reporting and optimisation for the copackers in scope
• Adherence to inventory targets
• Scenario analysis for decision-making
The experience we're looking for
Functional:
• Previous experience in Planning or Procurement
• Resource Planning and Inventory Management
• Effective risk management and issue resolution
Technical:
• MS Office & ERP software literate, Rapid Response knowledge preferred
• Data Analysis and Reporting (PowerBI, Excel)
