Your responsibilities
Build excellent relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business, using knowledge of HR best practice and willingness to challenge the status quo to create positive change
Drive people agenda, this includes planning around performance management, talent, recognition, culture, workforce planning, employee development, succession planning…
Change management - facilitates change and sizes opportunities to introduce improvements to current practices and procedures, including defining and implementing corporate and business values
Implement global HR policies, practices and tools, ensuring managers are properly informed and trained.
Ensure data consistency for the budget and forecast season on personnel costs and personnel related budget expenses, in collaboration with Finance
Ensures compliance with all local labor laws and Global and Local HR policies
Demonstrate efficient collaboration with other HR COE teams i.e. Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations… to drive the people activities smoothly and maintain high quality of HR services to employees and people managers
The experience we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources in a fast-moving environment with a strong emphasis on HR strategy and talent development.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Proven strong leadership and communication skills; must be a confident communicator who is able to deliver clear messages.
Must possess a can-do attitude and take the initiative to handle and resolve issues independently and quickly.
Proven ability in building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing skills with a high level of business acumen.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.
