About the role

As an IT & D Senior Manager Product Group / Platform / Solution Architect, you'll be orchestrating cutting-edge solutions that will shape the future of health, hygiene, and nutrition globally. In this role, you will bring your vision and expertise to lead the design and delivery of our IT & D initiatives. Here, your strategic input drives significant projects that not only align with our digital landscape but also serve in our fight and our purpose.

Your responsibilities

- Spearhead the creation and execution of end-to-end IT&D solutions, enriching user interfaces, integrating systems, and leveraging cloud services.
- Collaborate across disciplines, comprehending needs and translating them into robust, effective tech strategies.
- Choose and champion technologies that elevate our solutions and adhere to best practise standards.
- Manage full lifecycle projects, ensuring scalability, security, and exceptional performance.
- Track and report on metrics, while providing technical mentorship within our dynamic IT&D team.

The experience we're looking for

- Comprehensive experience in developing, deploying, and managing full stack solutions.
- A track record of leading sizeable, complex IT projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in Front-End Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with the agile framework.
- A balance of technical knowledge and soft skills, able to engage and guide diverse stakeholder groups.
- Insightful in project and product management, with a penchant for fostering innovation and transformation.
