About the role

Take charge of a pivotal position in our manufacturing operations as a Production Manager at Reckitt. This role is the lifeblood of our supply chain, encouraging a culture where improvement and efficiency are constant pursuits. You'll hone your leadership skills, guiding teams entrusted with our daily factory functions. Together, you'll not only solve problems but also seek out ways to elevate every part of our process. This isn't just a managerial role; it's a chance to leave a tangible mark on the operations that drive us forward.

Your responsibilities

1.Responsible for the secondary manufacturing, production planning, and timely supply of the condoms, comprising of the full range of global and domestic SKU’s.
2.Formulate and implement secondary production plans, optimize work processes, and improve production efficiency. Responsible for the implementation of primary MOS FIT group activities.
3.Analyze production data, put forward improvement suggestions, form improvement projects, and track implementation results.
4.Manage and train production team members to improve the overall quality and work ability of the team.
5.Ensure effective staffing to achieve company goals through recruitment, training, and development, and formulate appropriate succession plans.
6.Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective allocation and use of resources.
7.Fully cooperate with secondary production line capacity improvement projects to ensure that the projects are delivered on time.
8.Monitor production budgets, control costs, and ensure the achievement of financial goals.
9.Handle emergencies and production problems to ensure production continuity.
10.Ensure that all aspects of operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and internal company standards, especially in accordance with the company's quality, health & safety, and environmental policies.
11.Work closely with the manufacturing director to promote best practices.
12.Participate in the establishment, implementation and improvement of ISO14001 environmental and ISO45001 health and safety management systems, including the formulation of factory environmental health and safety goals.
13.Be familiar with the laws and regulations related to medical devices, have practical experience in quality management, and have the ability to decide and deal with practical problems in production management and quality management.
14.Be familiar with the legal and regulatory requirements of medical devices (condoms), have experience in quality management implementation, and be able to make correct decisions and promote solutions to practical problems in production and quality management.

The experience we're looking for

1.B.S. degree or above. Preferably chemical/material science or another relevant technical subject.
2.Minimum 7 years’ relevant production experience, in a multi-disciplined function
3.Qualifications in some, and in all a good working knowledge and skills in Finance, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, MIS and Engineering.
4.To be up to date with all Quality, H&S and Environmental legislation.
5.Good English/Chinese communication skills.
6.Good leadership skills and team management abilities.
7.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate with different personnel at all levels.
8.Experience of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing & 6 sigma.
9.Good time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
10.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.
