About the role
Role Purpose:
- The main purpose of this role is to support continuous and focused improvement activities via applying lean tools and problem-solving techniques. Coordinate and organize kaizen and continuous improvement culture publicity & building activities in workshop.
Scope:
- CI Coordinator of Reckitt TaiCang factory, which is to support CI activities of whole site.
Your responsibilities
- Work with cross functional team to deliver Continuous Improvement targets.
- Identify/suggest improvement opportunities and support implementation of Kaizen projects in the shop floor.
- Identity training needs and support implementation of related training courses to deliver CI training targets.
- Coordinate and support site 5S activities.
- Track, participate, and report implementation of CI projects. Organize publicity document for CI culture promotion.
The experience we're looking for
- 3 years working experience as an engineer in manufacturing environment. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing techniques, and problem-solving skills.
- Stronger execution skill on AM, PM and Digitalization.
- Familiar with ISO9000 Quality System and GMP
- Good English writing / speaking are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- B.S degree or above in Engineering or management related fields.
- Strong Responsibility and target implementation capability.
- Written and Verbal fluency in English is essential.
