About the role
As the Global Brand Director of Enfa Equity, you’ll have the freedom to champion and drive the Nutrition Equity Strategy and Execution for our iconic brands that are trusted by millions of health care professionals and caregivers around the world. In this exciting role you will be responsible for strengthening our corporate and product brands and empowering IMEX with the best tools & best practices to execute our flywheel with excellence creating a meaningful impact across families by nourishing the best start for a healthier life.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Set Mead Johnson Nutrition corporate brand direction building both the Equity strategy & execution leveraging key stakeholders’ guidance and keeping momentum & excitement across the company.
- Develop and Execute Nutrition Product Brands Equity distinct and differentiated strategy & execution across key touchpoints strongly leveraging HCP and Consumer Insights and category dynamics across regions. Become the Equity guardian ensuring superior and consistent execution.
- Leverage Nutrition World as key connector across the globe to bring awareness to all the fantastic work across the Business Unit, unlock recognition and take the opportunity to scale best practices
- Provide IMEX with best-in class tools and trainings to strengthen Brand Equity in their markets and measure success consistently.
- Collaborate with IMEX and become the best ally & advisor: support key Equity initiatives with focus on those ones that have potential to be scaled.
- Work closely with cross functional teams & Innovation leads including R&D, Medical Marketing, Regulatory, Supply and Finance to understand any potential impact in current Equity Strategy & Portfolio Architecture
- Lead and inspire Brand Experience team: ensure they have visibility and are connected to the markets needs constantly adding value to the overarching business

The experience we're looking for
- Minimum 6 years experience in Marketing; Global/Regional with IMEX experience preferred
- BA in Marketing or Business Administration
- Nutrition background or any HCP related category preferred
- Demonstrated agility in managing a brand amidst competitive and complex environments.
- A robust track record in Marketing, with a shining portfolio of successes
- An ability to combine strategic thinking with decisive action, backed by a sharp commercial mindset.
- Insightful grasp of HCP & consumer behavior and market trends, with an emphasis on a global perspective.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, adept at nurturing cross functional relationships and positively influencing stakeholders with ease.
