About the role
This role supports the execution and continuous improvement of quality-related projects and initiatives across the site. The Quality Projects Associate plays a key role in driving compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence by coordinating cross-functional quality improvement efforts, risk assessments, supporting tech-transfers and validations, preparing protocols and reports, and ensuring alignment with internal and external standards.
This role contributes to building a culture of quality ownership, compliance by design approach and operative excellence.
Your responsibilities
-Lead in the planning, coordination, and execution of quality improvement projects.
-Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
-Support the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and quality objectives are met.
-Maintain documentation and records in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate project progress and outcomes.
-Participate in internal audits and support external audit readiness.
-Contribute to the development and refinement of quality policies, procedures, and training materials.
-Support the coordination and documentation of technology transfer activities for new products or processes.
-Assist in the preparation and execution of validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) in collaboration with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams.
-Monitor and document validation outcomes, deviations, and change controls.
-Ensure alignment of tech-transfer and validation activities with regulatory and internal quality standards.
-Lead and participate in cross-functional risk assessments and readiness reviews for new product introductions or process changes.
-Contribute to knowledge transfer and training related to new technologies or validated processes.
The experience we're looking for
-Degree in Chemistry, Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
-1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or project coordination (internships included).
-Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is a plus.
-Proven experience or strong interest in automation, digitalization, and process simplification initiatives.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
