About the role

We are looking for a dynamic IMEx IT&D Manager to lead our product strategies and initiatives across Eastern Europe region. This role involves managing IT products for various functions, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and value creation. The role in Commercial offers an exciting opportunity to push boundaries and have a big impact by supporting one of the most critical regions within Reckitt through close collaboration with market management teams.
The incumbent will work across the Eastern Europe Region (Poland, Baltics, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Turkey) and will be a key contributor to unlock the full potential of our digital investments, with a focus on Turkey (traveling frequently to Istanbul, Turkey).

Your responsibilities

Product Strategy and Development:
• Create symbiotic business partnering with key functional leaders in the market
• Drive product prioritization aligned with Market vision and Strategy
• Conduct market research to define product specifications and create development roadmaps

Product Launch and Performance:
• Create competitive advantage with our customers, consumers and external partners from IT&D capabilities
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
• Drive the systematic use of ACAP (as-common-as-possible) solutions and manage the lifecycle of ADAN (as-different-as-needed), Exceptions and Legacy solutions while managing demand across the area (EUANZ)
• Monitor product performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs) and engage in post-launch analysis to gather feedback and refine the product.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.


Value Creation and Global Influence:
• Influence the EE roadmap, through collaboration across other regions in EUANZ Area and global Product teams.
• Ensure tight budget management and control
• Develop process flows, and use cases to maximise simplification and value


Leadership and Team Management:
• Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
• Partner with EE Commercial Directors, Global product owners and area functional leads.

The experience we're looking for

  • Several years of professional experience gained in a similar position
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between the business and its customers, and to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate changes affecting the business environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • A good understanding of IT services and how they align with business needs.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
