Your responsibilities

• The person on this position will be supporting Regulatory Affairs & Safety Manager in her daily duties which is:
o Support Regulatory Affairs & Safety Manager in activities related to Intimate Wellness, Personal Care and Household products. Independent responsibility for brands: Durex, Veet, Dettol,
o Artwork and advertising review from regulatory perspective including recommendation for further improvement for Poland, Baltics and cooperation during AW process with PL&EE LRA,
o Ensuring compliance and all necessary registration, notification and regulatory processes for medical devices, cosmetics and household products,
o Daily co-operation with local Authorities and various external stakeholders,
o Support smooth business processes by preventing disruptions due to regulatory aspects,
o Work closely with Marketing on Supporting the development of Regulatory claims and advertisements,
o Supporting brand development from Regulatory Affairs perspective
o Maintenance of product information in relevant databases like CARA, TDS, and GRAIS, Quality One, BrandWorks etc.
o Adaptation of Product Safety Data Sheets to national requirements,
o Handling of authority inquiries,
o Perform tasks related to trade association activities,
o Enhance Regulatory knowledge within the team by providing learnings from own projects which are applicable to other brands and/or countries,
o Maintenance of internal Regulatory administrative databases,
o Supervision and cooperation with consultants (Baltics),
o Maintains and archives regulatory documentation (as appropriate)
o Close co-operation with Marketing, Supply, Quality, R&D, Safety and Finance Department,
o Monitoring of acts and decrees of Polish and Baltics chemical/pharma laws as well as EU guidelines that influencing on registration operations in the region,
o Handling compensation claims and expectation of customer

The experience we're looking for

• 2-3 years in Regulatory Affairs in FMCG, Pharmaceutical companies or cosmetics industry Reg Affairs or R&D,
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs for regulated product classes like cosmetics, medical devices, household products,
• Self-drive and ownership,
• Entrepreneurial thinking,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively and precisely present data,
• Attention to detail with proven ability to achieve results,
• Analytical thinking/problem solving approach,
• High quality and ethical standards,
• Advanced English,
• Willingness to develop career in international organization within Regulatory department.
