Your responsibilities
- Evaluate the options to present for selection resulting the most beneficial for business.
- Project execution with cost controlling; tracking spending, Capitalize , write off or impairment assets during execution and closing projects
- Take promptly actions in the business opportunities, priorities or in any concerns or sessions assignment.
- Demonstrate and create the “teamwork” also to be in the role of “an effective team member” by participating, share opinions, share knowledge, share idea solutions, to “build shared success”.
- Ensure all new and modified plant equipment, facilities and installations comply with regulations and requirements also in Safety, Security Environment and Quality standards.
- Control and evaluate all contractor/supplier activities for capital projects and develops healthy partnerships with third party service providers and external regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all processes and changes are well documented and communicated though appropriate methods. This includes project updates, clear records of progress, successes and financial measures.
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.
- Determine the objectives, KPIs and measures upon which the project will be evaluated on its completion.
- Lead team to conduct in Automation & Equipment installation.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics engineering
- Expertise in HMI, Servo, PLC , PID , Drawing Auto CAD 2D/3D, Revit, Sketchup,
- Approximately 6 years of experience in manufacturing in any FMCG company and Automation
- Approximately 2 years of experience in project management
- Have knowledge in modification and implementation of old and new equipment.
- Drawing skill in any application form.
- Knowledge PLC’s and Process Automation is preferable.
