About the role
Your responsibilities
The CMI Specialist is responsible for supporting the generation of actionable insights that contribute to strategic business decision-making. He/she will work closely with marketing, sales, and innovation teams, as well as external agencies, to plan, execute, and analyze market research, consumer’s and HCPs needs and brand performance. This role is key to strengthening consumer and physician understanding, which can then be translated into clear and relevant recommendations.
The key objectives are: 1) Connecting the voice of the consumer and HCPs with the business. 2) Supporting the execution of projects, primarily insights and, in some cases, analytics. 3) Developing analytical and strategic skills. 4) Ensuring accurate data interpretation to transform it into business recommendations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate, analyze, and elaborate ad-hoc research reports (qualitative and quantitative) that consolidate key consumer and HCP’s findings to influence business strategy decision-making
• Proactively collaborate with internal clients for pre-planning studies and report delivery, as well as timely follow-up with external vendors for timely and flawless report delivery
• Interact with key internal clients (marketing, medical marketing, sales, MSF), attending and solving their questions and requests
• Validate vendor´s analyses and reports, ensuring compliance with the brief, reliability of the information, and actionability
• Prepare executive presentations in English that present the analyzed insights in a structured and summarized manner
• Ensure the hiring of the most qualified suppliers with the best value equation (cost/delivery) to best cover the end-to-end process of ad hoc studies, including alignment and strengthening of internal briefs, supplier bidding, supplier selection, monitoring and delivery of results, and supplier payment management
• Thorough and timely management of the I&A area budget
The experience we're looking for
- Prior experience in global market analytics or similar roles.
- A successful history of translating market and consumer data into strategic insights.
- Skilled in using analytics software (SQL, Python, R) and visualisation tools.
- Nielsen methodologies & Market Research experience.
- Knowledgeable in the latest digital marketing and brand activation strategies.
