Want to be one step ahead? As Talent Transformation Manager Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to identify and inspire talent for today and tomorrow.

Responsible for driving both individual and organisational performance, you’ll translate business goals into a talent management and development strategy. You’ll improve succession planning and implement state of the art tools enable this process. You’ll understand the needs of a complex, global business and ensure we’re able to meet the challenges of the future.

Your responsibilities

You will bring your experience in succession planning / Talent Management and apply it to a new AI technology that is going to shape the future of Talent at Reckitt. This is an opportunity to be leading a highly visible, global project that will have a global impact for Reckitt's population.

AI in Talent Management;

Identify linkage points between AI succession, career path and development planning

Define how the end-to-end development planning process will work, enabled by AI

Leverage the platform and the data help to bring a new level of insights to succession and individual development planning

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience in Transformation/HR with a strong analytical background.
  • Ability to work on complex projects & solve problems logically and methodically
  • Creative thinking paired with practical problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence and build relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to effectively present data insights.
