About the role
As an Executive Search Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting and hiring top Senior Leadership talent for Reckitt globally, working across the Europe, North America and Emerging Markets geographical locations. Reporting into an Executive Search Lead, you will lead the end-to-end process of sourcing, assessing, and support the ESL in placing senior-level executives. This role involves close collaboration with key business stakeholders to understand strategic hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute search strategies in collaboration with the ESL to identify high-calibre executive talent.
- Conduct extensive global market mapping, talent research, and competitive intelligence.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and professional fit.
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with your regional TA Leadership team and other TA Managers to share best practices, insights, and solutions across your regional TA team.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment (search firm or in-house)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess leadership competencies and organizational fit.
- A positive can do attitude, the ability to collaborate and work well within a team
