About the role

Step into the dynamic world of e-commerce with Reckitt as our Media Planner, where your expertise will help shape the digital landscape of one of the market's leading companies. In this vital role, you'll sculpt media strategies that captivate and engage our target audiences, fuelling the online presence and sales of our renowned brands. If you're passionate about utilising your creativity and analytical skills to drive impactful results in the e-commerce domain, we want you on our team.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Craft detailed media plans for e-commerce, balancing campaign aims, audience targeting, and budget considerations.
- Foster strong collaborations with colleagues and external partners to gain consumer insights and fine-tune media approaches.
- Investigate market trends and consumer behaviours to guide your strategies, keenly analysing competitors to stay ahead.
- Execute and refine media campaigns across diverse channels, leveraging data to sharpen performance continuously.
- Present findings and advocate for innovations, ensuring our media tactics align with broader marketing and e-commerce objectives.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven background in media planning, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Savvy with key advertising platforms — such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager — and familiar with the digital media space.
- Sharp analytical mind that turns data into compelling stories and strategic actions.
- A solid communicator, who presents complex strategies with clarity.
- Balance multiple ongoing projects with finesse in our fast-moving environment.
- A synthesis of creative and strategic thinking, crafting plans with significant impact.
