About the role
Step into a dynamic and high-impact opportunity as a Technical Project Manager, where you’ll be at the forefront of leading and supporting the end-to-end execution of manufacturing facility projects—from initial design through to operational readiness. In this broad, cross-functional role, your primary focus will be ensuring the timely delivery of technical project activities aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence.
You'll collaborate with key stakeholders across Engineering, Quality, Technical, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external partners to drive critical initiatives in facility design, equipment qualification, validation, and technology transfer. As you grow in the role, you'll take ownership of a broader project portfolio, supporting change management, New Product Implementation (NPI), and Existing Product Development—while also taking on leadership of a dedicated team.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale manufacturing facility projects from a technical supply perspective, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational goals.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, maintaining accountability for timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and oversee integrated project plans across technical and manufacturing workstreams, ensuring coordinated execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across site teams and sister sites to achieve key project milestones, remove roadblocks, and drive seamless implementation.
- Build a strong understanding of commercial and category drivers to align technical initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Own the delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Existing Product Development (EPD) programs, managing supply elements up to 10 months prior to launch through to first commercial supply.
- Ensure transparent communication of project status, timelines, risks, and changes to strategy with all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and critical path activities, holding teams accountable for timely execution and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Packaging and Category Supply Project Managers to manage SKU complexity, support market strategies, and optimize launch timings.

The experience we're looking for
- Degree-level education in a science or engineering-related field; a Project Management Certification is desirable.
- Strong background in process development, technology transfer, and facility start-up environments.
- Proven experience in manufacturing technology within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries.
- In-depth understanding of cGMP manufacturing and familiarity with FDA and EMA regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in project management, with hands-on experience using planning tools such as MS Project or MS Planner.
- Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities.
- Results-driven, energetic, and solutions-oriented with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Skilled at navigating cross-functional teams, using tailored communication and influence strategies across diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the product and validation lifecycle.
- Previous line management experience is a plus.

Salary Range
USD $90,000.00 - $134,000.00
Hiring Range: 90,000 - 115,000K
Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
