Responsible for HSE related topics in the warehouse, coordination of national &international shipments and stocks accuracy with the objective of reducing cost/lead times with sustained performance
Your responsibilities
You will/You’ll be responsible for…
Warehousing
• Responsible for inventory accuracy, both for 4 Healthcare warehouses in Iberian territory; in case of discrepancies must coordinate with teams to ensure good information is captured and updated in the systems.
• Responsible for the HSE coordination for Health DCs, prepares reports and coordinates information delivery to ENA HQ and other global requirements.
Inbound Logistics
• Management of the import process for overseas supplies. Audit of correct commodity codes are being used through customs with correct internal system setup.
• Participate in broker, forwarder selection and negotiations during tender periods with logistics procurement.
• Analyze and improve copacker inbound process as well as between DC transfer operations.
Outbound Logistics
• Proactive management of Cost to Serve KPIs, proposal for savings with no impact on service standards. Continuous improvement methodology on logistics incidences
• Be always in coordination with Customer Services coordinator regarding customer needs, meetings. Analysis of AECOC findings, definition and delivery of key projects for improvement
• Propose solutions and ensure service to customers is in place.
KPI / Financial Reporting
• Ownership for monthly logistics dashboard, chair and manage reviews to monitor Iberia network performance Responsible and accountable for the budget building and delivery regarding warehousing, inbound and outbound logistics.

The experience we're looking for
- Substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. - A strong track record of leadership and team management. - Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees. - Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement. - Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation.
- Educated to minimum bachelors’ degree level ideally in a business-related subject – from a recognized University
- Minimum of 5 years FMCG/Pharmacy experience in supply chain. Minimum of 2 years FMCG/Pharmacy experience in a logistics environment
- English Proficiency
- Spanish Proficiency
- MS Office, PPTX and Excel (Advanced)
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of SAP/APO or other software related to demand planning Strong working knowledge of Excel
