About the role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded RGM Deployment and Adoption Manager to lead the deployment and adoption of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities, focusing on Pricing and Promotion Analytics within the North American market. This role is pivotal in driving technological advancements to enhance business efficiency and competitiveness.
Your responsibilities
• Project Management:
Oversee project timelines for data gathering and ensure timely analytical refreshes in collaboration with data and analytics teams. Monitor product usability and identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
• Market & Data Analysis:
Utilize a deep understanding of CPG categories and Nielsen data to inform product development and deployment strategies.
• Strategic Deployment & Adoption:
Lead RGM product deployment across markets, ensuring adoption within commercial teams to meet business goals. Collaborate with markets to optimize processes and expand RGM capabilities.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the key contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships. Translate user needs into actionable product stories and support users with data-driven action plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Global Product Owners, developers, and Scrum Masters to deliver advanced analytics tools. Collaborate across Data Science, Engineering, App Development, and Business teams to build global RGM solutions.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in deploying and adopting analytical tools within commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of RGM principles and their application in the CPG industry.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
