About the role
We are seeking a Consumer Experience Manager to support the development and execution of fit-for-platform, thumb-stopping content and consumer experiences across Malaysia and Singapore. This role will report to the Senior Media Manager and help lead the creation of content that maximizes engagement, share of attention, and commerce conversion, especially within digital and e-commerce ecosystems.
You will play a hands-on role in transforming how our brands show up on e-commerce platforms, digital media, and social commerce, while ensuring consistency across TV, out-of-home, and in-store touchpoints.
Your responsibilities
Content Creation & Platform Adaptation
- Adapt brand TVCs, hero campaigns, and long-form narratives into short-form, platform-optimized content (e.g., 6s, 10s, 15s)
- Co-lead the creative development process for social-first, mobile-friendly, and commerce-relevant assets
- Manage the asset localization, adaptation, and delivery pipeline across Malaysia and Singapore
E-Commerce & Shoppable Content Enablement
- Develop e-commerce-specific content including PDP videos, product shots, platform banners, and interactive product explainers
- Partner with the e-commerce and retail media teams to create assets that drive conversion, ratings & reviews, and basket-building
- Help bridge the gap between storytelling and selling by designing assets that inspire and inform
Social Media & Influencer Content Support
- Work with the Senior Manager to develop influencer content guidelines and support creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Ensure brand content is culturally relevant, trend-aware, and responsive to platform behavior
- Manage asset libraries for influencer toolkits, social templates, and brand-owned content
Performance Monitoring & Creative Optimization
- Track key creative performance metrics across platforms (e.g. CTR, watch time, engagement rate)
- Collaborate with media, digital, and insights teams to A/B test creative and iterate for improvement
- Use consumer feedback and platform data to refine future content direction
Creative Workflow & Governance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and content production partners to deliver on campaign timelines
- Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and ensure a unified brand presence across touchpoints
- Assist in building content toolkits, templates, and briefs for more agile campaign execution
The experience we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital creative, brand storytelling, or e-commerce marketing (FMCG, DTC, or agency experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience working with e-commerce content, social media formats, or short-form video storytelling
- Strong eye for content that performs in-feed, drives attention, and moves consumers to action
- Solid understanding of the digital content landscape across Malaysia and Singapore
- Collaborative, curious, and agile mindset with a bias toward execution
- Experience managing creative agencies, influencers, or production houses is a plus
KPIs
- Content Engagement Metrics: CTR, watch time, video completion, platform engagement
- E-Commerce Content Effectiveness: Conversion rate, product page dwell time, content quality score (where available)
- Content Utilization: Percentage of assets reused across touchpoints and campaigns
- Asset Delivery Timeliness: On-time campaign readiness for digital and e-commerce needs
- Influencer Content ROI: Views, shares, engagement, and commerce impact
- Creative Testing & Optimization: Number of A/B learnings implemented into future campaigns
