About the role
As an Assistant Brand Manager at Reckitt, you'll nurture our brands with creativity and strategic insight. We're seeking a dynamic marketer to collaborate on exciting brand journeys, turn insights into action, and deliver memorable marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities
- Lead the execution of specific projects in the context of category strategy to drive sales and profit growth.
- End to end project management with a high level of coordination between functions such as Supply, Finance, Sales & Trade Marketing
- Monitor and analyse brand and competitor performance to identify and outline strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and to recommend business building/defence initiatives.
- Deliver a product development programme to generate consistent sales and profit growth
- Support the development of effective category management initiatives with local sales organisation
- Lead EPD, line extension and promotional pack projects to drive sales and profit growth
- Lead and champion all in-store brand initiatives in the context of the agreed brand strategy.
- Development and installation of materials to drive in-store visibility e.g. point of sale, shippers, displays
- Working with the category team and Sales to ensure brand promotional guidelines are planned and executed in-store and maintaining current knowledge of promotional plans by account
- Producing timely analysis of major promotions and events and ensuring learnings are captured and fed back into the brand plan
The experience we're looking for
- Project planning, monitoring and coordination skills
- A proactive approach, comfortable with both autonomy and collaboration
- High level of analytical skills and understanding data and insights
- Previous integrated project management experience with different functions is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level in a business-related subject - from a recognised University
- 2-3 years of relevant Marketing / Brand Management experience from an FMCG company
- Arabic Proficiency is preferred
