Your responsibilities
• Management & monitoring 3PL logistics activities on site (Warehousing, Domestics distribution, Value added activities, embelishment, return..) and ensure smooth operational flow,
• Managing all import&export process with customs consultancy company
• Tracking intransit report for the shipments and preparing relavant documents for the customs clearance process
• Checking customs requirements for products tobe imported
• Providing data for the annual tender
• Process IT transactions like goods reciept, stock movements on JDE system and ensure system & physical stock is aligned,
• Close collaboration with customer services on customer complaints related with warehousing&distribution,
• Trace warehouse&distribution Daily-Weekly-Monthly KPIs and support on reporting,
• Leading actions about the optimisation and performance improvements areas on logistics operations with relevant departments,
• Being involved at Local/Regional Logistics Projects & Cost to Serve Projects
• Logistics cost control & future forecasting for logistics cost drivers on Warehousing, Domestics distribution, Value added activities, embelishment..
• Budget calculation on periodic cycle
• Support supply services & 3PL’s warehouse team for IT related issues, escalate on time for solution,
• Working with procurement, other relevant teams about logistics services/materials (carton,leaflet..etc) purchasing processes
• Support on Logistics management of new product launches
• To assist in the establishment, operation, continuity and management of Information Security Management (ISO27001) System
• To comply with information security policies and to support internal information security awareness activities
• Act in accordance with the privacy statement and disciplinary procedure
• To follow up Logistics KPI and act to minimize logistics cost, aim continuous improvement
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse,logistics, import&export operations preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
