About the role
The RTR Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Regional RTR Lead by ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reporting processes. Acting as a tactical business partner to the RTR organisation, this role involves executing financial close activities, managing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving process improvements.
Your responsibilities
- Sign off on responsibility matrix and validate approvals.
- Input and approve lease information in Lease Accelerator (LA).
- Review and approve journal entries and validate lease-related data.
- Load FX rates and validate exception calculations.
- Review financial reports and approve recurring recharges.
- Define and implement intercompany reconciliation policies.
- Prepare and submit fixed asset (FA) requests.
- Review, approve, and adjust financial statements and statutory balances.
- Apply True-ups and Local GAAP adjustments.
- Perform sub-consolidation adjustments and gather input data for reports.
- Coordinate tax reporting, monitor changes in tax laws, and resolve queries.
- Support audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
- Leverage automation tools for streamlined financial reporting.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Communicate key financial insights and risk mitigation strategies
The experience we're looking for
- Proficient with Excel and well-versed in data governance tools.
- Track record in managing data, enhancing processes, and pushing for continuous technological improvements.
- Comfortable engaging with and managing varied stakeholders globally.
- Skilled in managing data through an offshore partner.
- Strong project management capabilities and persuasive communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
