About the role

Reckitt is currently expanding its central planning functions as part of the Global Warsaw Hub and is looking for individuals to help take the next step in the central planning maturity. Regional Factory planning Capability Excellence Manager is part of the Regional Centre of Excellence team. We are looking for individuals who will support us in the implementation of a new operating model and will ensure its sustainability in the long term while implementing industry’s best practices into the daily life of planners across Reckitt.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with factories, schedulers, material planners and logistics, providing best practices, process and technical guidance, training, coaching
• Continuous Improvement of Production Scheduling and Material Scheduling process, identifying opportunities and driving real improvement changes. Collaborating with IT developers, to ease everyday life of end-users.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align planning processes ranging from materials management, production planning, RCCP, inventory management to demand planning, projects delivery
• Establishing SOPs in alignment with Regional Senior Leadership direction; Executing the implementation of the SOPs within the region and measure its adoption while governing process exceptions based on business needs
• Become a business representative in the process of defining priorities for system and process enhancements by collecting needs, assessing business cases and supporting the implementation
• Be a reliable business partner helping Region to achieve the service, inventory and project waste KPIs by monitoring process adherence and advising on how to improve

The experience we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years demand/supply/project planning experience
• Good understanding of demand, supply and production planning processes and their challenges
• Fluent spoken & written English
• Advanced understanding of ERP, supply & scheduling planning software
(SAP ECC/APO/PPDS, OMP, Kinaxis RapidResponse/Mastero, Blue Yonder, JDE)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for development; ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers.
• Solid knowledge of supply/demand/project planning operations within a regional/global scope, with operational experience overseeing multiple sites/markets
• Strong analytical skills explaining complex issues/datasets + propose solutions
• Ability to challenge constructively and confidently
• Desired skills: Communication, Influencing, coaching, Stakeholder management, Readiness to travel
• Work permit in Poland
