About the role
Reporting to the Master Data Manager within the Supply Chain team, the Specialist is responsible for ensuring the good quality of the data in our ERP (SAP). This therefore involves the management of all item references and the responsibility for maintaining and ensuring compliance with processes within our systems.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure data reliability from ERP (SAP) settings to EDI (ORDER, DESADV, and INVOICE messages), including the creation and management of product, customer, and supplier records:
- Ensure the complete creation of product references (standard, promotional, box, etc.) and customer/supplier records.
- Communicate product and customer information to Reckitt France's service providers.
- Responsible for the pricing data entered into the ERP by:
- Creating customer rates and discounts
- Ensuring the reliability of the information submitted for online invoicing in accordance with our commercial agreements
- Managing tax declarations with eco-organizations
- Collecting the data required for declarations and completing them
- Acting as the main contact for eco-organizations
- Adopting a continuous improvement approach to ensure proper management of activity monitoring and control
- Implementing, proposing, and identifying queries to verify the consistency of system data
- Creating control and error anticipation methodologies
- Implementing KPIs to manage activity
The experience we're looking for
- Experience in a logistics environment or in customer/product database management.
- Autonomous with good organizational skills: multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, adhering to processes, and rigor
- Ability to work in a team
- Interpersonal skills and adapt well to the work environment
- Has a strong analytical mind and demonstrates a genuine interest in systems
- Ability to rise to challenges and focuses on continuous improvement, with a problem-solving approach
- Excellent command of the Office suite
- Interest in ERP tools and systems
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP, a plus)
