We’re looking for a self-driven commercial leader to take full ownership of our Sales Transformation agenda across ASEAN. This is a role for someone who thrives on independence, operates with a strategic lens, and knows how to move from concept to action fast.
This role goes far beyond coordination. You’ll be driving real transformation: rethinking how we sell, how we plan, and how we build capability. You’ll operate across functions and countries, shaping how Reckitt wins in one of the most dynamic regions globally. Your responsibilities
Own and Scale the ASEAN Sales Transformation Agenda
- Take full ownership of the sales transformation strategy and roadmap for ASEAN.
- Move key initiatives from pilot to practice, ensuring they are repeatable, sustainable, and business-integrated.
- Identify roadblocks, unlock growth levers, and act as the driving force behind region-wide transformation.
Drive Digital Sales Enablement
- Lead the adoption and scale-up of sales technologies, including Salesforce Automation (SFA), Merchandising Force Automation (MFA), and other tools that enable smart execution.
- Ensure tools are not only rolled out, but land with purpose, adoption, and business impact.
Rethink Forecasting and Trade Investment
- Champion a step-change in how we operate forecasting, trade investment, and sales planning.
- Bring structure, tools, and forward-thinking models into how we plan and execute.
Build Commercial Capability and Execution Culture
- Codify and scale best-in-class execution, capability frameworks, and sales practices across ASEAN.
- Actively contribute to building a stronger, future-fit commercial organization by embedding global best practices in local realities.
Lead Strategic Projects and Local Market Transformation
- Co-lead high-stakes strategic projects: RGM operating models, pharmacy and medical expansion, SIP redesign, whitespace activation, and more.
- Work closely with country teams to embed transformation within their go-to-market models and unlock localized growth.
Act as a Strategic Commercial Bridge
- Serve as a key commercial link between Global Sales, Emerging Market Sales, and ASEAN Markets.
- Translate global strategies into local action. Feed back insights from ASEAN into global thinking.
- Ensure alignment across markets while respecting the diversity of local execution.

The experience we're looking for
- 8+ years of commercial experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or related fields in FMCG or consumer health.
- Proven experience driving transformation across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
- Strong project leadership, data fluency, and the ability to land change in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strategic thinker with sharp commercial instincts and strong influencing skills.
- Operates with independence, clarity, and urgency. A natural problem-solver and self-starter.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and skilled at bringing structure and momentum.
