About the role
Embark on a leadership journey as Reckitt's Finance Business Director and play a pivotal role in steering our global company towards prosperous horizons. In this influential position, you will work closely with the CFO to enable communication, collaboration, strategy execution, and projects across the Finance organization. This role is designed to help the CFO manage her priorities, track key metrics, and ensure strategic targets are met. You will be a sounding board for the CFO on new ideas and initiatives, and work closely with the Global Finance Leadership Team (GFLT) to ensure the Finance function’s objectives and priorities are delivered. As part of the GFLT, the Business Director is a trusted member of the team, ensuring effective communication and providing support on a wide range of tasks. This role involves significant international travel and requires a strategic mindset to navigate senior forums and advise the CFO on her involvement in various meetings and decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Work closely with the CFO to ensure the Finance Objectives and transformation agenda are being delivered, impacting key strategic decisions.
- Advise the CFO on her priorities, track these priorities, and ensure everything is being monitored with the right metrics and targets.
- Develop and maintain a systematic approach for the GFLT and EOLT discussions, ensuring deliverables are prioritized and properly followed up.
- Ensure effective information flow and collaboration across the GFLT and other senior stakeholders.
- Support the GFLT, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Lead the cadence and agenda for major global finance forums like Extended FLT, Finance Conference, and GFLT offsite meetings.
- Bring topics back to the table to ensure they are top of mind and dealt with, advising the CFO on what she should and shouldn't be involved with.
- Work directly with the CFO and senior leadership, impacting key strategic decisions.
