About the role

You will partner with business SMEs to elicit, analyse, document, and manage product requirements. You’ll be responsible for supporting Product Manager and Team in realising the product strategy through incremental improvements to the product, designing business scenarios and use cases. You’ll collaborate with Product Team members and vendors to elaborate those requirements and test whether they are satisfactorily fulfilled by a product increment.

working with detail-oriented stakeholders with high expectations regarding quality and effectiveness of deliverables which products will bring; you will have the ability to operate with ambiguity in matrix structures (including people from different countries and companies) with a high sense of achievement through getting things done. You’re commercially astute and adept at interpreting complex data into easily understood communications and requirements for business and technical teams. You’re evangelical about technology and can articulate the benefits to both IT and non-technical colleagues alike. You listen carefully, building trust and simplifying complex topics.

Your responsibilities

• Elaboration, analysis, documentation, and testing (defines functional test protocols and monitor tests) of product requirements (e.g., features, user stories)
• Responsible for the ongoing validated state of applications, in line with relevant GxP and Reckitt standards
• Preparation and delivery of product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams
• Supports the Product Manager with the development and execution of the product strategy
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop bespoke analytical models which satisfy business needs
• Maintains a working relationship with selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support services
• Preparation and monitoring of metrics, including product utilisation and satisfaction rates (e.g., NPS, # of end users/solution adoption, intensity of product usage), training surveys, stakeholder and user feedback.

The experience we're looking for

• At least 8 years’ overall technology experience related to Product Lifecycle Management Technology/Tools (or equivalent)
• Experience in working within a regulated industry (GxP experience preferred)
• Experience with Veeva or similar – at least 4+ years practical experience
• Excellent Design and Architectural skills
• Flexibility to adapt to Change as we continue on a transformation journey at Reckitt.
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
• Able to prioritize work and balance competing demands
• Able to take up additional responsibilities when role demands
• Able to collaborate with cross functional teams to effectively deliver the releases. Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
