About the role

Ensure that the quality management system for the site is maintained in accordance with applicable procedures and requirements, improving the performance of indicators, as well as ensuring that project risks are correctly assessed and minimized
Ensure that the tolling machines meet the defined specifications and the suppliers are qualified, monitored and approved.

Your responsibilities

• Generate toll specifications for Essential Home products
• Release critical toll packaging material
• Release of the first manufactures of new maquila products
• Follow up and close consumer complaints about Essential Home products, as well as customer complaints received.
• Update quality management system documents
• Provide training to commercial areas
• Participate as internal auditor for the commercial areas
• Participate and support in root cause analysis meetings
• Follow-up of corrective actions and preventive actions of internal and supplier audits
• Run a product recall drill exercise for Essential Home products
• Raise and follow up on incidents of product deviations from Intercompany.
• Attend meetings and support Essential Home project

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Cheemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical or related
• 2 years experience in Quality
• Intermediate level of english
• Experience in audits, QMS (ISO 9001:2015) & root cause analysis
• MS Office
• SAP (desirable)
