About the role

As the IT&D Senior Business Analyst, LATAM, you will be the key driver connecting our business together. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, driving innovation and scalability to support Essential Home’s business strategy.

You will proactively partner with Global, Area, and markets commercial functions within the organisation to lead & activate strategic IT&D initiatives & proactively identify value-based and strategically driven opportunities.

Your responsibilities

• Provide application support for the various local applications in use within your functional remit.
• Facilitate issue resolution for non-local applications by interfacing with the broader support organization and local end users, acting as a mediator and when required.
• Plan, manage, and execute agreed regional & country projects across LATAM.
• Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and deliver agreed value-added initiatives across LATAM.
• Develop and deliver training and continuous improvement programs to ensure system adoption, process compliance, and optimum use of solutions.
• Provide key insights from financial & commercial data to drive business change initiatives.
• Define business application requirements in both technical and non-technical language.
• Define the resulting application changes and develop cost/benefit comparisons.
• Provide direction to developers and project teams.
• Offer vital input into the assessment, design, development, and implementation of business solutions.
• Use investigative techniques (interviews, workshops, observations, scenarios, prototyping, quantitative approaches) to understand the current state of data/processes/reporting.
• Document, review, analyze, and make recommendations to improve the current state of data/processes/reporting – driving consistency across the region.
• Engage with stakeholders to baseline KPIs, agree on targets, develop a business case, define success criteria, identify methods of measurement, and establish ownership for benefits realization and measurement.
• Champion the development and implementation of data and process compliance measures.
• Act as the lead interface for requirements gathering for business projects.
• Lead country and region-specific projects with regard to scope and vision.
