About the role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist you will have the opportunity to drive the growth of eCommerce through excellent marketing execution. As an integral member of our eCommerce team, you will be given extensive and diverse responsibilities across the brand & digital marketing efficient alignment, coordinating a media agency and will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall category strategy. In this role you will be based in Bucharest.

Your responsibilities

- Develop and execute annual eComm marketing plan activities, including local media strategy / plans for a given brand within a category, responsible for ensuring successful implementation of the plan

- Managing activities for +5 ecommerce sales channels across RO-BG-MD cluster (pure players, BnC, ePharma, OnDemand, marketplace/niche), with the opportunity to activate new channels

- Building & implementing the RO-BG-MD eComm activity plan in close co-operation with Sales

- Managing reports of Sell In, Sell Out, Campaigns, LSM, etc.

- Provide monthly updates to business review and monitor market performance with presentations, responsible for successful implementation of eComm plans

- Analyze & optimize campaign performance by managing all reports sources

- Cooperate with the Partners to implement joint activity plans (e.g.: landing pages, banners, tracking)

- Cooperate with the Graphic Designer to develop the assets for promotional banners, landing pages, etc.

- Coordinate full flow for campaigns with the external agencies

- Accountable for eComm marketing budget and managing the budget forecast monthly reports

- Administrative & operational activities (e.g.: PO creation, contracting)

The experience we're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in a business related subject

- At least 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing / Marketing and eCommerce

- Good understanding of eCommerce landscape and type of campaigns

- Advanced in Excel

- Fluent English and Romanian

- Strong analytical and presentation skills

- Efficient communication and organizational skills

- Resilient and able to respond under pressure
