About the role

In this pivotal role, you'll shape the digital landscape of our global business by steering a suite of innovative products and platforms. Your strategic vision will not only manage Reckitt's digital transformation but also nurture a team of experts dedicated to connecting and empowering every member of our dynamic enterprise. As the Portfolio Manager for Intelligent Automation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Reckitt's digital transformation strategy, focusing on automation and AI-based platforms. You'll manage a portfolio of innovative projects leveraging technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and process mining tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and decision-making across the organization.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Intelligent Automation portfolio.
  • Oversee a suite of automation and AI projects, ensuring they deliver measurable business value and ROI.
  • Manage and mentor a team of portfolio managers.
  • Work closely with the Product Group Directors / Product Line Managers / Product Owners and the Squad to ensure that the messaging, demands, priorities, budget, capacity, timelines, and delivery are fully aligned and generating the intended value/outcome.
  • Implement and maintain portfolio management processes and standards specific to automation initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of key platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and process mining tools across the organization.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends in automation and AI to keep Reckitt at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Participate in Vendor QBRs to ensure that feedback is continuously provided to help keep the service levels predictable.

The experience we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in IT portfolio or product management, with a strong focus on automation and AI technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale automation initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of automation platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and process mining tools.
  • Strong background in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Expertise in establishing portfolio management standards and processes for automation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in change management and cultivating stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget planning and forecasting for automation initiatives.
  • Data analytics and visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of process optimization and re-engineering techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
