About the role

As a Regulatory Senior Associate at Reckitt, your regulatory expertise becomes a pivotal part of our business's success. In this role, you won't just be part of the process — you'll lead it, making strategic decisions that influence the direction and achievements of our brand. Your responsibilities

- Take on responsibility for regulatory projects, ensuring innovation and compliance with minimal supervision.
- Interpret and implement regulations and policies, seeking advice when necessary, while also providing guidance to peers.
- Build and maintain relationships within regulatory agencies, understanding department functions and key personnel.
- Represent Reckitt's interests with government agencies and industry associations, communicating updates on regulatory changes to management.
- Execute approved projects with defined targets, managing risks and providing updates.

The experience we're looking for

- At least 5 years of experience in a regulatory role demonstrating all relevant proficiencies.
- Ability to work autonomously, showing leadership and excellence in execution.
- Solid grasp of regulations, with a knack for interpreting their impact and implementing them innovatively.
- Proven communication skills, able to manage relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A record of strategic project management, delivering results and adapting to new information and challenges.
