Your responsibilities

• Lead and organize freight and warehousing tenders in key markets within Reckitt Europe and ANZ.
• Conduct review/negotiation meetings and subsequently inform Reckitt’s markets and other stakeholders about final agreements.
• Support Reckitt’s markets in case of service issues by leveraging purchasing power or providing alternatives.
• Assist in sourcing decisions regarding transport and warehousing capacity/costs/services.
• Continuously research the transport and warehousing markets to expand Reckitt's carrier base with companies that meet Reckitt's service, price, and condition requirements.
• Perform monthly logistic PPV analysis and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage the TMS Transporeon system (if applicable) - develop functionality and scope within the Reckitt’s environment.
• Support the preparation of the annual freight and warehousing budget by sharing market trends in the transport and warehousing market and recommending assumptions
• Lead productivity projects for freight and warehousing.
• Drive the improvements for logistic in Europe and ANZ.
• Ensure that the team performs their duties in accordance with the Labor Code, Work Regulations, and the Code of Professional Conduct.
• Comply with health and safety and environmental protection regulations and ensure that the team adheres to these regulations in their work.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education Level: Higher education (Specialization: Economics, finance, chemical, logistic)
• Experience in a similar position: 5-7 years
• Specific Experience: Experience in procurement, logistics, or freight forwarding
• Experience and ability to manage a team and internal clients
