About the role
Joining Reckitt’s Infant Formula Nutrition team as Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll take on from strategy development, market analysis to excellence in execution. The Assistant Brand manager position resides within the Marketing function and will support the Brand Manager in the execution of the Strategy & Activation for assigned brands.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Support in developing and delivering the vision, in-market activation with excellence and gross profit for the brand
- Reliably and autonomously manage the day-to-day interface and key business activities of the portfolio.
- Manage and track brand marketing budget. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure optimal spending
- Analyze brand, market & competitive trends. Identify key challenges and opportunities, as well as recommend suitable actions.
- Be part of the cross-functional teams in the execution of strategies for packaging, comms approvals, performance tracking and operations.
- Support the Manager to develop and execute local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget. This includes consistent tracking of spend performance, as well as recommending optimizations.
- In close co-operation with the Sales function and Trade Marketing, identify needs / opportunities for assigned brands.
- Be a savvy digital marketer able to quickly understand and leverage the dynamic technology to maximize the business.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
- 1-3 Years of classical marketing experience or MBA, must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within a CPG or Healthcare environment
- Prior experience in related fields (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Advertising) a plus
- Strong commercial awareness

- Strong analytical skills and P&L understanding
- Capable of analyzing data to draw conclusions from the data.

US salary ranges
USD $82,000.00 - $122,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
