Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be fully included as part our team OTC&Personal Care – bringing household name products to millions of customers worldwide. You’ll create game-changing innovations in an open and international environment. The focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support and mentoring of our experienced team.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

• Build analysis and reports to find opportunities of growth within the product portfolio
• Deliver on regular basis reports related to the business performances
• Help in the definition trade marketing strategy and activation plans for each channel

The experience we're looking for

• MSc Degree in Economics/Engineering
• Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
• Good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

The skills for success

Excellent writing skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills stakeholder management, organised.
