Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

As a Pharmacy Sales Representative with Reckitt, you'll become the ambassador for our trusted products, using your knowledge and expertise to inspire customers. Your responsibilities

• Develop/maintain relationships with retailer store/field operations personnel to facilitate account penetration and achieve maximum sales, execution and participation on all Reckitt promotions and programs.
• Educate, assist and inform store/field personnel concerning all Reckitt product marketing objectives and programs.
• Take initiative to expand presence on all Reckitt branded products by building/moving displays and product to establish best location.
• Sell, up-sell and monitor retail distribution of all Reckitt branded products for all stores in assigned territory as needed and as store situation dictates.
• Maintain schematic integrity or better and re-merchandise to retailer-mandated schematic compliance on all store calls.
• Execute/maintain/monitor all company-driven marketing initiatives and programs for all stores in assigned territory as applicable including maintenance of POS and coupon/tie-in programs.
• Assist/participate in all retailers re-set and or re-merchandising projects as needed including grand openings/re-models as requested by retailer.
• Accurately record all data-gathering objectives as instructed through use of company tracking system.
• Remove all out-of-code and/or substandard product from shelves and rotate/stock all Reckitt branded products on every store call.
• Maintain territory route frequency as assigned to build/establish retail relationships.

The experience we're looking for

• Track record of successful sales detailing, ideally in consumer goods.
• Strong communicator, able to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• A proactive and resourceful team player capable of working autonomously.
• Adept with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Eagerness to travel in service of building customer relationships.
• A strategic thinker with skills in developing sales strategies and customer engagement.

US salary ranges

USD $66,000.00 - $98,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
