About the role

As an NPI Coordinator, you will contribute to product innovation implementation in Hungary&Adriatics and CZ&SK regions for the assigned brands. Cross-functional collaboration between departments will give you an overview on business and process steps. To our new colleague we are providing a fixed-term contract for a maximum of 2 years.

Your responsibilities

• Managing product introductions from initiation (project definition) through to first shipment
• Support preparation for new launches presentations from supply perspective
• Run feasibility checks for new initiatives
• Ensure keeping the process steps & using established templates
• Keep track on the projects’ timelines to ensure implementation on time
• Lead communication with the factories in the execution phase
• Update local leadership teams on the projects’ status during company meetings
• Lead process of portfolio review & simplification

The experience we're looking for

• BSc degree in Supply Chain, or a Business related subject
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Management/Coordination working in the field of Supply Chain or Marketing (in FMCG/Pharma will be an advantage)
• Good understanding of marketing/supply chain processes, and commercial environment
• Good Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Fluent English besides native Hungarian
• Proven logical thinking – process oriented, strong influencing skills
• Ability to build good relationship across different teams
