About the role

We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to safeguard our financial practice with vigilance and strategic insight. You'll be more than just a number-cruncher; you'll be a financial gatekeeper for Reckitt, ensuring that we not only stay ahead in compliance but also capitalise on opportunities to craft a stronger, more profitable future.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Manage large marketing budget of ENA B.V., including full management of x-charges, interactions with budget owners and stakeholders from all over the world, forecast cycle, reporting, ad-hoc requests
  • Interact with category marketing teams (marketing, trade marketing, market research) providing them leadership, guidance and training on financial and P2P topics and helping to ensure compliance with group policies
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis to category marketing teams about performance against plan, forecasts and prior year, longer-terms trends and other needs
  • Sustainability reporting and forecasting (together with Sustainability team)
  • Help to lead the 3 Year financial planning process for the Hygiene powerbrands: excel templates, consolidation, advisory to marketing
  • Lead yearly MoCo process for Hygiene BU, training and coordination for CDO and other stakeholders, alignment with Finance systems and Areas/IMEX, clarifications and FAQ
  • Manage Pipeline and innovation-related master data in various financial systems (incl. Azure, Accolade etc.)
  • Be superuser of Innovation management systems (e.g. Accolade or others). Assist CDO and CDO Finance teams with various tooling (incl. Excel tools/templates) needed for CDO-driven processes
  • Assistance for various other ad-hoc tasks for CDO and CDO finance team

The experience we're looking for

  • Strategic financial planning and modelling capabilities
  • Experience in leading change management agenda marketing
  • Stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Deep insight into Hygiene brand and category strategies, global success models, innovations process
  • Experience in dealing with various stakeholders from all over the world
  • Understanding of underlying work of strategic
  • Proven expertise in audit, financial accounting, or corporate finance within dynamic business environments.
  • Skilled in building relationships and effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • A forward-thinking, global outlook with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
