About the role

Embark on a career that puts you at the forefront of supply chain excellence with Reckitt. As the Project Coordinator Supply, you'll play a pivotal role in the entire end-to-end supply project management for an assigned portfolio of brands.

Your responsibilities

• Key contact person of assigned projects and brand related requests
• Managing and Leading Projects for respective brands: Coordinate all supply activities between factory, local/global supply, all relevant departments (marketing/regulatory/sales/trade marketing…) and external stakeholders within the operative processes to ensure a smooth project execution; keep all stake holders informed.
• Material master data management (sku code creation) for an assigned portfolio of brands – Being point of contact for Veeeva Quality Process and being responsible of raising skus and following up until completion
• Being responsible of creation/change/maintenance of key data parameters for skus within systems (palletization/green dot/sales org/plants/EAN codes/product descriptions/units of measurement…)
• Project tracking: set up CPS and ensure all operative tasks related to the project are delivered in time. Leading NPI meetings for respective brands
• Tracking milestones etc. for smaller groups or supporting the managers with the larger projects
• Master data management (only SKU related changes)
• Support on team and department for various projects and tasks

The experience we're looking for

• At least 2 years within inside Supply, Marketing or Marketing Backoffice in a similar role
• First experience within FMCG
• Job experience in food or drug retail
• Good Communication skills
• Strong process orientation and structured way of working
• Independent working style and „hands-on” approach
• Well organized
• Quick comprehension
• Very analytical mindset, good understanding of numbers and data
• German: Business Fluent
• English: Business Fluent
